Presentation of the book by Claire Steichen: "Confidence at Work, the High Achiever's Guide to Navigating Uncertainty"

In collaboration with the Luxembourg American Chamber of Commerce in New York (LACC NYC), the Consulate hosted a reception for the book launch by Luxembourg-American Claire Steichen.

In the workplace, self-confidence is hard to come by. In this book, Claire shares her personal experience and that of her clients in overcoming confidence issues when exceptional performance isn't enough.

Claire presented her "I Am at the Peak of My Power" program, the culmination of over 15 years of one-on-one coaching with hundreds of clients. She offered inspiring testimonials from clients who have used this method to gain the confidence they lacked at work. In her book, Claire suggests lessons learned from her highly acclaimed "I Am at the Peak of My Power" program to help develop the confidence needed to make a career a fulfilling experience.
