About Marco Battistella:

Born in Luxembourg, Marco Battistella is a multi-award nominated producer. After graduating from the Conservatory of Music in Vienna in 2008 as sound engineer, he founded his own company for classical music record productions and has since resided in Austria.

As a producer, he has worked with the Solistes Européens du Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra; the Vienna State Opera Choir, as well as renowned conductors and musicians including Valery Gergiev, Byrn Terfel; Frank Peter Zimmermann; Gautier and Renaud Capuçon; Khatia Buniatshvili; as well as Tatsiana Zelianko, Jean Muller and Duo Rosa (Stephany Ortega and Léna Kollmeier).

He frequently records with and for labels including NAXOS, UNITEL, HäNSSLER CLASSIC.

He is Mastered for iTunes certified.

Since 2016, he has been a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, and subsequently became a GRAMMY voting member.  He is also an active member of the Audio Engineering Society.

Marco Battistella submitted composer/pianist Tatsiana Zelianko; soprano Stephany Ortega & pianist Léna Kollmeier better known as DUO ROSA; and pianist Jean Muller; for consideration for the 60th and 61st GRAMMY Awards.
